Question about Televison & Video
There are no resets. Try unplugging for 30 min and see if this works, but I doubt it. Most tvs seem to have bad capacitors in thier power supplies and this is very common issue. I am guessing you set is 3-5 yrs old. There are too many things that can go wrong and I don't want to steer you incorectly, my suggstion is to call or take it to a repair shop nless you want to buy a new set.
