Sounds like an issue with the sd card itself. you may have to reformat it. or CHECK the sd card make sure its not stuckin the the lock position. let me know if that helps.

When i transfer pohtos to computer no problem but when i transfer from computer to sd card camera wont read images

Hi jhrobertszxy,

In this case you need to make sure that the photos are copied in the same directory from which you transfer photos to your computer.

Also it could be the case in some cameras that when you rename the files in a specific format , only then the camera would read it , or discard it as just another image file which does not belong to the camera.

Try renaming the file in a format that your camera saves the files , usually.

Hope this helps..:) Let me know in case you have any queries.

I am Looking for a Camera Canon User Guide in english for an IXUS 210. Can you help me.

The IXUS 210 is called the SD3500 in some parts of the world. You can download the English manual for the SD3500 (and more) from the manufacturer's web site at

When I try to transfer pictures from IXUS 210 to Adobe Photoshop only some 109 files are selected and not all - why?

Here's a workaround...get a separate card reader and download to a folder you create on your desktop. Then, send them to Photoshop. typrice_86.jpg

Fail to load photo when connect to, pc

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Problem transfering photos from canon t1i

Your card reader may not be the correct generation to read that 8gb card. Also if you use an AC power supply the camera may like it better since it may calculate that it doesn't have enough power to download that large of a card. I cannot tell for sure since the Canon rebel Ti is a film camera not a digital.

Trouble with transfer to my computer

Try this attach you USB cable to the Computer and Camera. It should find the device and download the pictures itself. That is how it works for my Canon powershot A 80.

Try installing or reinstalling the software on the CD ROM that came with the camera.

Canon 30D

This is not a direct solution, but I find that my image transfers are much faster when I pull out the CompactFlash card and put it in a card reader to pull the imagery off.

With respect to the actual problem, try "rebooting" your camera (switch off, then on) and/or reseating the USB connector.
