It is your pump that is failing / bolked with hair and treds behind the impeller. The pump is not the best design as ther can enter smal treds and hair behind the impeller into the paking ring (seal). There is only one sollution that help - change the pump. Can be don from the fron of the mashine. Only one screw on the right side has to be removed to remove the plastig cover and the one screw to losen the pump.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Unfortunately you do not say which particular make and model it is and different manufacturers use different codes for different problems!
So I am guessing but I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters. If you are unsure where it is, it is normally behind the front lower (kick) panel and held in by a round cover/knob.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP ANY WATER!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Hope this is the problem and good luck!

I have a Siemens WM16S772DN washing machine and encountered the error code "F:67" followed by repeated beeps. (Note: Siemens and Bosch are related companies). I called Siemens and they said the code means "Fatal error" or program error. The service technician was called, and he replaced the electronic board and reprogrammed it.
