Follow this path- main menu-> bluetooth (its in the 2nd homescreen)-> turn on bluetooth (by tapping on the icon). This should show all the devices paired with your phone. Find the device you want to delete and tap on it. select 'delete' from the options shown

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Bluetooth cannot pair with other phones samsung S3653

Hi, it may happen if you have more paired list in the Cellphone. Please delete which you have already paired devices. Then try pairing new device. If it is not pairing then check whether you have selected Visibility in the Bluetooth settings.
