Without a beep its hard to dignose. try clearning the bios info/ remove the cmos battery (looks like a giant watch battery) also there is a jumper next to the batter to reset it. use that jumper by moving the jumper pin over one. if its in clear mode (the jumper) then it wont start. let me know if this helps

Beeping black screen

Do you have the manual that came with the motherboard? If you do, it should have a chart indicating what the 3 beeps mean. If not, try INTEL's website. Lots of tech info there. Don't rule out the video or RAM...the problem could be there or several other places.

Power on is malfunction ...motherboard is the problem according to the technician

have you try your power supply or your other parts to a working CPU nit?..
These are the list of possible cause black screen : 1. memory - clean the pins by eraser and re-insert it again to a memory slot..(also clean with brush the memory slot before inserting your memery card). 2. CPU processor - once it busted it will no longer on.. 3. PSU (power supply) - it is not enough to supply a power to your system which will result also to black screen. 4. video card - if you hear 3 beeps then clean the pins of the video card if you are using external VC not on your onboard. 5. Motherboard - busted motherboard like capacitors are the main cause of black on the board better to replace new motherboard. 6. Some instances are the grounds of the casing.
In order to test it, use other working CPU and plug it your parts to that cpu, (note: the working cpu should the same on your unit)
Hope it helps. Thanks

NO SOUND HEAR

Hi, Do this beeping code for motherboard troubleshooting. First disconnect all memory, external video card, etc only motherboard and power supply. Then power on if you hear continuous beeping means the motherboard working good. Please do this beeping code troubleshooting.
No beeping means Short, No power, Bad CPU/MB, Loose Peripherals. One beeping means Everything is normal and Computer posted fine. Two beeping means POST/CMOS Error. One Long Beep, One Short Beep means Motherboard Problem.
One Long Beep, Two Short Beeps means Video Problem.
One Long Beep, Three Short Beeps means Video problem.
Repeated Long Beeps means memory error.
Continuous Hi-Lo Beeps means CPU Overheating.

My system doesnt start

if no beeps (remove the RAM and for sure has to beep if the motherboard is OK) at all and no video signal you may look to:
1. a new PS - power supply or
2. a new CPU or
3. a new motherboard.

Boot up problems

Hello,
The beeps can be either video or memory. Most likely it is memory. Check the memory.

Thanks,

No display on monitor

Can be a problem with any of the components.

Do the power supply, cpu fan and disks start to spin after power up?

Does the PC speaker sounds a sequence of beeps? Can you identify a pattern, like 3 short beeps indicates a memory problem.

Keep posting so we can zoom in on the problem.
