charge the phone with the new batteries by 8 hours. will be full charge. Then after the 8 hours, try to touch the button for search the phone, and see if working, if is working the base is o.k. See if the antenna is o.k or are broken. Now read the section troubleshooting in instr. manual and proceed according with common sense. or download the instr. manual from www.retrevo.com
Connect the phone to the computer, then choose "Explore" from the options that Windows gives you.
Search through the folders on the phone until you find the images you desire, then copy and paste them to the desktop out of the explorer. Viola!
hi, while you installing your pc suite you have to install fully... disconnect your phone and connect or change the pc suite thant means search for latest pc suite... uninstall and reinstall the pc suite open the pc suite may be the connectivity can be shown there.... check the setting in the phone... thanking u happy new year
