Hello Is imposible to find second monitor in the scren propierties of my computer

You can watch the detail of that error in the printer propierties ( status monitor ) in your PC

Turn off your pc and connect another monitor. If the external monitor works fine then the screen cable is damaged or your laptop's LCD needs replacement.

Hold down the Menu button for 10-20 seconds until you get a message saying "OSD Unlocked". And it will better to change all the switches.because some time may be any switch was dymaged.

Take your control and press Exit and Ok.Then close your screen and open it up again.

you backlight is gone in this monitor, you have two options number one: Replace the scren, Number two: replace the whole thing

I had this same problem, it was a blown capacitor on the power board, its easy to replace. The problem is getting to it, the case is nearly imposable to get apart. I replaced it and it works now, save now that the colors are messed up, don't know if that was my doing or electrical damage to the monitor control board.

right click on the desktop instead of refresh klick on
Properties
then Settings
Adjust Scren Resolution
Aply
Then click Advanced
Monitor
Screen Refresh Rate
adjust by ur need

check your cable going to the monitor it may have a pin that is bent or missing

For the second problem, can you get the white writing before Windows kicks in? If so, you will have to hit F8 and start Windows in VGA mode so you can see it. Then you can adjust the graphic display. It could very well be your graphics card is displaying something out of your monitor's range.

Probably it's your resolution.... (or get a smaller monitor / joking)...


1.go to your control panel, and look for Display Options / properties. you should get a window that says 'display propierties'...

2.select the 'Settings' tab. and on the 'Resolution' section move the arrow to the right. the rule is: the highe the resolution the smaller the fonts.

3. your monitor should flick for a couple seconds, after that you should get smaller fonts. you must click on the OK button to confirm the changes.
