SOURCE: Water collecting in refrigerator and ice collecting in freezer

sounds like you have a clogged defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you access to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somewhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials works awesome, after you clear it and all water drain down tube wrap a piece of solid copper wire around the heater( black heater right above the drain trough) and stick it in the whole maybe an inch or so. now every time the heater comes on to defrost it will prevent the hole from freezing over

Your defrost drain hole is frozen closed.
Remove the back freezer panel and defrost the ice with a hair dryer.
Once the drain is clear poura 1/4 cup bleach in the drain hole.

Your drain line is frozen and is not allowing the defrost water to drain to the pan below. You will need to remove the rear panel in the freezer and thaw the drain line. Make sure ALL ice is thawed before reassembling. I would recommend installing a drain heater so it will not happen again. They are inexpensive and easy to install. They come with complete instructions.

Water is collecting on the shelves in the main compartment

Sounds like a typical defrost drain blockage. Not sure what model of profile you have if older or newer stile but when the defrost cannot drain to the pan below the refrigerator the water collects inside th refrigerator creating a mess. I'm going to send you to another web page that will help you see a better idea of just what i'm saying so we can help you resolve the problem and learn how to clear the drain and get the water to stop messing up everything. I get water (alot) on shelves inside the frig. I looked at drip pan underneath and it is dry. Checked vents inside frig and they are not blocked.

Sounds like the water drain for the freezer defrost is clogged. You will need to remove the back panel inside the freezer and check it. Sometimes it's just a piece of paper, or other wrapping that gets into it. Always UNPLUG the refrigerator first.

Water collecting on the shelves

Sure are a lot of sweaty fridges out there. My wife complains about it too. A mis-fitting door will allow moist air inside. Brute force usually fixes that. I just put my foot against the door bottom and bend the door back to where it belongs. If it has drooped, try just forcing it back up. And don't keep the door open too long when looking for stuff.

Water on btm of glass shelves and water in bottom of frig

sounds like you have a gap in the door seal, which results in condensation forming inside unit. Use a blow dryer to heat the seal around the door and ensure that the fit is tight.

Spitting refrigerator

HI ... TRY TO FLUSH OUT THE DRAIN LINE FIRST. SOME ARE ONLY VISIBLE BY LOOKING THROUGH THE BOTTOM AT THE REAR OF THE FRIG. THE TUBE IS SUPPOSED TO DRAIN INTO A PAN DOWN THERE. THE HEAT FROM THE CONDENSER EVAPORATES IT. GOOD LUCK
