Question about Computers & Internet
If this has just started to happen.
i would suggest you call you internet service provder and raise a support ticket.
unless you have had some power surge in elec and which in turn could have damaged your router etc?
but i would try the first option. they will have a process of elimination and might also help you diagnose the issue.
let me know how you get on.
if the service provider is giving you a 0845 number then use this site, to get a landline number for the same company:

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
