Hi you need to do this in 2 parts - firstly to add yourself to group 501 follow the step-by-step instructions which are on the video I have posted. Then follow this to add a mobile number to the directory;
Press the TSFR key

=/- key to enable
I.e. once in 705
Type in speed number, the cursor will tab over to speed dial slot.
Enter 9 followed by the phone number.
Press 12th button down,
Press 12th button. (You will be back at the speed dial.)
Press tab, then enter the next speed dial slot you wish to program.

Programming Speed Dial Numbers The handset must be OFF. 1. Press PROG. The IN USE LED will blink to indicate that you are in the programming mode. 2. Press the number of the memory location you wish to store the number in (0-9). 3. Using the dial pad, dial the number you want to store. The number can be up to 16 digits long. The number can be entered manually or by using REDIAL. 4. Press MEM to store the phone number to the key you selected.
The phone now exits PROG mode and emits a tone.
Speed Number Dialing 1. Press PHONE to get a dial tone. 2. Press MEM and the memory location number key (0-9). For example, to dial the number you assigned to key '8', you would press PHONE, MEM, 8

Hello, from the Switcboard / Main telephone ( usually ext 101, 10 or 9 ) with the handset on the cradle press Program * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234). Now press 001 and then SP-PHONE. Enter the system speeddial location ( 00 to 99 ) or just press SP-PHONE again to go to 00. Now enter your line access number ( usually 0 or 9 ) followed by the telephone number you would like to assign for the speeddial. Now press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your setting. To go to the next speeddial location press SP-PHONE and follow the above steps again. Press Program to exit program mode. To add an ExtensionKey: - DONT lift handpiece, enter [*91] then press a vacant memory key and then choose “Repdial Key” from the menu. Enter an extension or group number and press the [ü] key.
To dial an ExtensionKey: -
Press the memory key you programmed.
Storing a personal speed dial number: - Lift handpiece. Dial [*92] Dial memory number. (*0 - *9 for personal numbers) Press the [ü] key. Dial 0 then the number to be stored. Press the [ü] key. Hang up.
How to dial speed dial numbers: -

(001-999 for system numbers) For Example: [*7*0 ü] will call the personal number stored under position *0. [*7001 ü] will call the system speed dial number stored under position 001.

Speed dial - using FEATURE 0 Dial an external telephone number using a two- or three-digit code. There are two types of speed dial codes: system (01-70 or 001 to 255) and personal (71 to 94). System speed dial codes can be used from any display telephone in the system. System speed dial codes are assigned by your System Administrator. Personal speed dial codes are used exclusively at your telephone. To make a call using a speed dial code: 1. Press FEATURE 0. 2. Enter the two- or three-digit code for the number. Speed dial - programming To program personal speed dial numbers: 1. Press FEATURE *4. 2. Enter a two-digit code from 71 to 94. 3. Specify the external line by pressing a line button, a line pool button, or the intercom button. If you do not specify the external line, the system automatically chooses a line for the call. 4. Dial the telephone number you want to program (up to 24 digits). 5. Press HOLD. 6. Record the code and number you have just programmed. Note: You cannot program personal speed dial numbers while another user is programming your system.
User Programming Mode
To enter User Programming Mode, press the Program button ...or dial #9876. "USER PROG MODE" appears on your LCD. The Program LED is steady green. To exit User Program Mode, press Program … or go off- and on-hook press #9876. Note A IPT equipped with a headset adapter ignores the hookswitch. It can only exit User Programming by timing out (approximately 15 seconds).
