Need a charger for a Kawasaki power wheels 4 wheeler model: new ninja. What kind do i need for a charger 12 volt for this?

I suggest you refer to the instructions for the specification.

The first requirement is fitting the charger socket and the next is having the correct polarity.

The type of battery is important and the required charge rate/time is also important. A lead/acid battery should ideally use a constant voltage charger. Ni-cads and similar should ideally use a constant current charger.

The vehicle might have it's own intelligent charging circuitry and just need a power supply but if this is not so then the more sophisticated the charger you buy, the longer life the batteries will have.

Comes with SBC HB700 batteries

All ways use the charger that comes with the unit only. the voltage of the charger is matched to the unit, one or two volts above the unit rating can shorten battery life by a large amount. Also battery polarity must be taken into consideration.

How old is the DVD player? Either the player battery is beyond its use or the charger has a problem. Be SURE you are using the correct charger. Can you or a friend test the charger with a meter? The VOLTAGE, CURRENT rating AND POLARITY must ALL be correct!

CAN I USE A DIFFERENT ADAPTER TO CHARGE MY LAPTOP

There are aftermarket adapters that can be purchased cheaper than the ones provided from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, there is no standard for notebook charging adapters. This means there are many different adapters available, with differing plug sizes, voltages, and current ratings. Having lost your adapter makes this a problem, as you cannot get the information from the adapter. Go to the manufacturers website and see if you can find the specifications for the adapter. Output voltage, current, and plug polarity are the three important items to verify. You can use another adapter if the voltage and polarity match. The current rating is less critical, but should not vary from the manufacturer's specification by more than +/- 10%. Too little current rating will overheat the charger, too high may cause the battery to take charge too quickly and it could overheat.

Looking for a 120V to 12V charger for a Professional"s Favorite 17.5 million cp spotlight.

You should be able to use any AC adaptor that puts out a 12 volt DC current and has correct polarity. Based on the estimated size of the battery powering your spotlight, you probably will want a charger that provides at least 1000 mA of power--the charger that came with my ThorX 10 million cp spotlight puts out 1500 mA to charge the two batteries in that light. A lower amperage rating will increase the amount of time it takes to charge your light, but it should still work.
You can find a replacement charger at Radio Shack, which sells chargers that can be fitted with a variety of different tips. However, you might be able to find a cheaper universal charger with a tip that works at a discount store like a Walmart, or you might get lucky at a thrift shop or second-hand store and find a 12v charger that will work with your light. 12 volts is a common output for a lot of different devices, so it shouldn't be hard to track a replacement down. Just make sure you have the adaptor tip polarity correct, or else you could make your battery explode if you try to charge it with reversed poles.

What tip polarity do I use to connect an after market charger?

The short answer is "The tip should be set to positive (+).

I found an old Vector VEC127Y Spotlight. It appeared to be in perfect condition but the battery was dead and there was no charger. I was able to buy a replacement battery at BatteriesPlus for $21 USD. Here is the link for the battery
REPLACEMENT VECTOR VEC127Y BATTERY
I also purchased a Universal A/C adapter to use as a charger at BatteriesPlus for $17 USD. Their site does not list it yet but here is the manufacturers link. Please note the original battery was rated 6Ah. The replacement is only rated for 5Ah. Which means one less Amp hour (Ah). Which means a shorter run time, after charging, than the original battery had. Otherwise they are equal.
UNIVERSAL AC ADAPTER
I installed the new battery. I set the AC Adapter to 6V and installed the largest of the seven adapter tips that came with the charger, with TIP set to be positive (+). I opened the battery compartment of the spotlight and disconnected both the red (positive +) and black (negative -) battery leads from the battery. I then plugged the adapter tip of the Universal AC Adapter into the spotlight and plugged the AC Adapter plug to a power outlet. With a multimeter I tested the polarity of the spotlight battery leads while charging. I was able to confirm that the Adapter TIP should be set to positive (+). After reconnecting the spotlight battery leads and setting the AC Adapter to charge, I have a perfectly great spotlight in full working order.

Charger

next to the jack on the camcorder it should have a diagram that shows polarity (a + and - sign) for the plug, the tip should be one sign and barrel or outside of the plug should show the other polarity. you have to have your plug with the correct polarity, and you have to have the correct voltage( it should say 9v or 12v or something like that) and the supply you use should be as high or higher of a current rateing as recommended in your users manual or printed on the supple that came with it.
