Question about Computers & Internet
Could use more info but I'll try to help. Click on "start", bottom left of your screen, find and click on "control panel" to open. Find "device manager", right click on and open that. Click on the box with + by "sound, video, and game controllers. You should have a drop down that shows your devices. Click on the one you want to use and right click on it. A window should open and you should see "enable" or "disable". If you see enable click on that. If another device is showing right click on that and "disable", then exit. Right click on your speaker icon in taskbar at lower right of your screen. Click on "open sound mixer" and adjust your sound. If this doesn't work or if you are having problems with something else, such as a sound or graphics card, let me know at "add a comment"
