My playstation 3 40 gig freezes randomly it could be 10 min. or 20 min. I was reading that it could have been because of the 2.40 firmware update. But, I recently updated to 2.41 and 2.42. I did the fan test. I restored all the defaults and I did a reformat. But doing a reformat does not get rid of the firmware. So how do I get this problem.
If u play for the PS3 like save ur game and turn it off evey like 1 one hour for like 10 minutes especially the 40 gig if this dosent work buy a fan for it its at gamestop for like $45-$85
