Question about Sony VAIO VGN-NS135E/S Notebook PC
Power button could be a fault in itself.
The constant rebooting of the operating system could be corrupt operating system on Hard drive.
you will need to take this into a pc repair shop.
if you feel confident to repair it yourself.
sort out the button issue first.
