Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
To edit information on a scanned document you must use a OCR (Optical character recognition) software. This will make the scanned document into a word file, and thus allowing you to edit it. Most OCR software are expensive unless one was provided with the printer.
Also, if you are scanning in as a PDF, most of the time you will not be able to edit it due to limitations with software. Most computers only have PDF Reader, unless you specifically purchased Adobe Acrobat full version (retail price $300)

You can scan multiple pages of a document on the document table and save them as one PDF file on your computer. Epson Scan displays an editing page so you can view the pages as you scan them and reorder, rotate, or delete them as necessary.
Select PDF as the file type setting.
When prompted "scanning complete. Do you want to continue" Click "add page"
