SOURCE: I have the Uniden Dect
Which model Uniden DECT 6.0 phone do you have? The manuals for most are available here: http://www.uniden.com/index/manuals_results.cfm?cat=59 .
I know that on the DECT 1080, the keypad lock is toggled on or off by pressing the # key until the key symbol appears or disappears from the display.
For most of the Uniden phones with the keypad lock, the appropriate key will have an icon with either a key or a padlock symbol on it. A few phones have 9 as the lock key.
I hope this helps.
