Maybe, if you should reformulate your question indicating the brand of your printer, someone might help you.
A hint: go to website of that particular brand
Their website is now up and running, you can can click HERE and you will be taken to the website registration page.
If you need further assistance with the registration or if the website still doesn't load, please do not hesitate to contact me on Skype (Skype Username: fixya-support) and I will register your printer for you but in order for me to do this I will need your printers information which you can send to me on Skype.

Here's the HP website to register your HP Printer. the link can also be found on the main page www.hp.com. Put your mouse over Support and Drivers and there is a Link to Register your Product on the right hand side under Additional Resources.
Look at your printer & find the name ex: (HP, Brother...).
Find model number. (Could be located under printer). Find the serial number. Write these on a sheet of paper. Go to the web site of the Mfg. Located there will be a place to register your printer. I'm almost suprised that when, (if you did) installed the software for the printer it didn't ask you to register after the software was installed. Which (if you are connected to the internet) takes you to the Mfg's site to do so.
