I lost the combination to my new stack-on elite gun safe. Its a manual combination. How can I get it back?

I am going through the same problem! Plano took over Doskosport and I mailed their customer service and the guy gave me the factory code and asked me for my mailing address so he could mail me a new manual. Just mail them and ask them if you could get a new manual.

If it is "The Protector" from Costco, open the door and put your hand back by the top of the rear of the door in the seam. There you should feel a little button, push and hold til it beeps then enter your 4 digit code, hit "A" and release. Lock the wheel with door open and make sure your new code works.
