Why deos nokia c3 show question marks on some files

The files which is shown in Qs(?) marks means that the files is no longer available/corrupted/infected by strong virus/tempt files,Some of them can delete it from PC.Or if the files are in the phone memory remove the memory card, connect your phone to PC through Nokia PC Suite - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Downloads browse C drive to choose the specific folder and delete those unwanted files.Good luck. Thanks for visiting fixya

Cannot edit contact information on my nokia c3

You have to copy all your sim contacts on your phone memory. Then you will gain access to other features like( adding another number, email, picture, ringtone, notes, etc. And you have to check from phone setting which memory phone will use to create the newer contacts, you can let it ask you every time you create a new contact where to save,on phone memory or sim card. Good luck

My nokia c3 software corrupted,In morning i was download games from internet (wlan),it display the warning that the phone memory is full delete some items then im deleting items ,suddenly mobile was hacked...

It is possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Copy only valid files to the card and do a scan before it is replaced. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up or is slow when it is switched ON , then it is possible that the fault is relative to the software and will need a reinstallation. Possible hardware issue cannot be ruled out.

Help needed for the nokia 5800

Remove you memory card, delete unimportant messages, bluetooth received files, photos, music files etc.. from your phone memory. Restart the phone after restoring it to "factory default" using the code 12345 (if you haven't changed it)[to do this, go to settings, scroll down to the bottom and select "Restore Factory" or anything like that, press ok and enter the code, your phone will automatically restart]. This problem is very common with this model, and in most cases virus is the culprit, so please scan the memory card as well. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.
