I am facing a low memory problem. i am using nokia 6630 [first 3G smartphone]. is it possible to increase the internal memory of this phone ? moreover its a good phone to normal use.

There no way you can increase the internal memory of the device since this is embedded on the phone itself. However, you can use an external memory if you want to expand your memory.

Memory cards are easy to just blow up and quit. Looks like this is what happened to yours. I suggest you get a new and save what info you can before you lose more. Sorry.
