Whats your credit card number? haha

I spent half a day dealing with you and other companies like yours. All the meanwhile i kept searching, and searching online while waiting to hear back and found a thread on a forum that addressed the same issue i was having. Basically, the tiny metal drum contact on the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the start button had "flattened" out over the years of pressing the button too hard I guess. The fix was to pull the control panel apart and very carefully re-bell the proper contact or switch it out for a new one. In my case I simply swapped it out for contact in the delay start button since i never use that feature. My skill set is probably a little more advanced than your average homeowner.

No. I already fixed the problem myself. Without any of your services help, and i posted the proper fix which has since been deleted from the thread of communication from my "Expert". You can stop now. I do not wish to pay for your service. Thank you for your time.

There is no option to reject solution. Only to accept solution, continue working with this expert, or work with a new expert. My card has already been charged. Now that I look. None of the comments that I have posted are visible to me. I will be happy to inform you of the solution I found. I will just need to charge your credit card and irritate you with emails every couple of hours you for the next 2-3 days. I promise you the solution is nothing even close to what has been suggested, I already told the last "expert" and don't feel like typing it all out again. If you want to impress me get my money refunded to the card used. I will then impress you with the solution that a determined and skilled homeowner, who is by no means an "expert", derived with greater speed and accuracy than your service. Again, Thank you for your time and i do not wish to pay for your service.

On this machine what I have found to be the most problematic is that the pump filter cloggs and renders the machine useless. This filter needs to be cleaned out before we can go any furthur.
What else have you tried on this machine, typically what this really means is an obstruction/debris inside the drain pump, specifically the button trap/lint filter insert preventing the unit from spinning or draining properly. Get some towels and if possible a wet/dry vac. If the machine drained, it won't be too bad. If your machine is stuck full of water, you can drain it through the discharge hose with the wet dry vac.

Locate the round door on the front of the machine (about 6" in diameter, lower right corner)

Find a drill bit or small screwdriver that fits in the hole in the round door.

Insert the bit into the hole in the door. It will push in a tab, it doesn't take much force. Rotate the hole (clockwise) to 6'oclock and it should come free. (the edges are very sharp so be careful or wear chain-mail gloves).

Once the door is out of the way you'll be greeted by a 3-4" plastic cap with wings so you can unscrew it by hand. ( you should also see a red ring with a string attached, if you pull this the door should unlatch, but getting the water out first is usually a good plan ) There is a small collector lip at the bottom of the cap, that is where you can hold the wet/dry vac to catch the water. Unscrew slowly so you don't get flooded, until it is unscrewed all the way out.

Now pull out the trap and visually inspect the inside of the pump as well as the filter/trap. Hopefully you'll find the item/debris that initiated the error code.

After removing any debris or obstruction`s re-install the button trap/lint filter and plug the washer in to power or reset the breaker and give it a test.

Run a load and watch for leaks. Leave the pump access door off until you are sure you screwed the cap in tight and there are no leaks. The error code should be gone when you restart a cycle however, if the error return`s you`ll need to check further for blockages in the drain hose, or the bellows from the tub to the pump. If there is no blackage and the pump is good and clean, then it is possible that your control board,

Well I am very glad your issue is solved. I am unsure how your solution got deleted, I am not aware of that being an option we are capable of doing, but I quess someone must know how to do that. that is not a common thing around here. Anyway if I might tug on your ear so to say, what was the solution you came up with. I am always open to suggestions and new ways to solve issues. As far as not paying, I believe all you have to do is reject or not accept the original experts solution, and if there is a dispute, the customer is always right on these issues. I have given plenty of correct solutions olny to find out they weren't excepted. If I can help with this please let me know. Thanks

I will work on this for you immediatly, sorry the others have you so irritated, I just got the question this morning. If appliance repair was so easy that every problem had a definate solution, there would be no repair services. Most solutions come as a trial and error process. I have no idea what posses the engineers who design this stuff to put in as many fault codes and bells and whistles that they do, but you can see what we deal with on a daily basis. I will try to get someone to resolve this for you.

I got you your money back didn't I? See I am not a bad guy, just tyrying to help. Every problem is not the same so forgive us if we try. I haven't seen this before and most other have not either. This is very, very uncommon. If you have other issues in the future please feel free to contact us and if we can't fix it, you don't pay!

According to the manual, if the Start/Pause button light is blinking, it means the Start/Pause button was not pressed. Press the Start/Pause button. If this fails to work, you may have a faulty control panel, preventing the Start/Pause button from sending the signal to start the cycle. Try unplugging the washer for 5 seconds, plug it back in and try again. Let me know if you come up with any Error Codes and I will further assist you.

Since that failed to fix the problem, you may have a faulty control panel, preventing the Start/Pause button from sending the signal to start the cycle. Can you press any other buttons, do they light up?

If you don't mind me asking, how did you fix this? I ask this for the people who have this same problem in the future. Thank you

Bosch Nexxt 500 WFMC3301UC Front Load Washer is leaking water somewhere inside the unit. It is only doing this from the hot water source. All connections are tight and there are no external leaks. The cold...

It sounds like it may be the hot water valve, the valve itself may be leaking or the water pressure from your hot supply may not be high enough to 'lock' the valve fully when not energized. The second problem could be rectified by using a 'y' piece splitter on you cold supply and running both valve on cold water,
Link to parts diagram valve is position 407.

A faulty module or timer/control panel. Unless you are getting some form of error code in the way of flashing lights or otherwise. In which case refer to manual. Good luck.
