I just put my new grill together. The lid does not stop when I open it. It seems to me that it should stop going back at about a 90 degree angle, but it just goes all the way back. Is there a solution?

Certainly does sound like a poor design. Are you sure there aren't some parts missing or overlooked?

A quick fix would be to use two lengths of some light weight Brass chain and 4- appropriately sized bolts, washers and nuts. Attach one length of chain to each side of the hood/lid with a bolt and attach the remaining ends to the interior of the firebox with another bold.. Each chain's length will be determined by where you want the lid to stop, once it's raised. Leaning slightly back past 90 degrees would probably be safer.

Using new bolts the sequence is :-
stage 1. 25Nm (18lbf ft)
stage 2. Angle tighten 90 degrees
stage3. Angle tighten another 90 degrees
stage4. Angled tighten another 90 degrees
stage5. Angle tighten a further 45 degrees
these as same for 1.4. 1.6 and 1.8 engines but not 2.0

What is the cylinderhead bolts torque for Corsa lite 2007

Need to know the engine type really, for the X14XE and Z14 XE Haynes recommend:
This for the 1.4 8v as you did not stipulate the engine, they are all different........

Cylinder headbolts (use new bolts)
stage 1 ... 25 Nm (18 lb ft)
stage 2 ... angle tighten + 90 degrees
stage 3 ... angle tighten + 90 degrees
stage 4 ... angle tighten + 90 degrees
stage 5 ... angle tighten + 45 degrees

Need torgue specs for bolts on head of my 2000 vauxhall tigra 1.4

Cylinder head bolts (You must use new bolts)
stage 1 ... 25 Nm (18 lb ft)
stage 2 ... angle tighten + 90 degrees
stage 3 ... angle tighten + 90 degrees
stage 4 ... angle tighten + 90 degrees
stage 5 ... angle tighten + 45 degrees

Remember use NEW bolts, these are called torque to yield bolts, they stretch like a linear spring and they only last one use.

Is not recommended to use 90 degree elbows in the discharge pipe. Is recommended to use 45 degree elbows back to back with a small piece in between or long sweeping elbows. Using hard 90 degree elbows creates resistance in the discharge pipe and does not allow the unit to pump out the waste as efficiently as it should.

Please check the spring on your lid, it may be keeping the door open. Miele vacuum cleaners mainly use a spring concept for keeping lids open - merely pushing it down will lock it at the bottom.

You can add angle measures by hitting 2nd angle and choosing the degree option. Put this after a value (e.g. 90(degrees symbol)) and add you can add angles that way. Be sure that you are in degree mode when doing this (you can use the radian symbol for adding radians too). Still, this is a very tedious process and I recommend just adding angles as regular values (e.g. 90 + 200 = 290) and correcting for degrees manually.

How do you change ink

To Change the ink Cartridge please follow the instructions as under:

Turn on your computer and open the front cover of your printer.
The Cartridges will automatically come in center.
Pull up the holder lid and carefully remove the print cartridge on a 60 degree angle.
Press the ink cartridges into the slots and listen for a clicking noise after the insertion
Remove the tape from your new print cartridge and carefully put it in on a 60 degree angle, snap the lid back in place. close the printer.
Open the printer software in your computer, click the tab maintenance and click install a new cartridge and click the number. Print an alignment page.That's it !

DS Lite, the top screen goes black when opened the whole way when the game is opened to a 90 degree angle the screen is clear and works fine.

There are a few things that could have happened, the most likely that one of you cable clips is loose, and when you open it fully, it pulls it out just enough so that the connection is lost.

Your going to need to open your DS, (the forms at www.powergamingparts.com are the best forms to find these instructions) then just disable your clip, and reinsert it, and then close the clip, and put you DS back together. Just ask if you need any additional help.

Weber won't get very hot

Safety valve needs reset.

Close the LP tank valve
Turn all burner control knobs to the OFF position
Open the grill lid
Turn the LP tank valve until it is completely open
Wait several seconds
Turn the front burner to the HI/Start position
Press the igniter until the burner is lit.
Turn remaining burners to High
Close the lid.
The grill should preheat to 500-550 degrees in 10-15 minutes

I called Weber and the rep walked me through the reset. All grills made after 1996 have this bypass valve.
