Hi Rene.

If you blow into the pressure sensor it must click, but that is not enough to say that the sensor is defective. F35 means that the pressure switch is clogged or bad (water level error).
The pressure switch is difficult to test, and it is often replaced without testing (I know...it is $50)
After blowing in the hose, clean the hose and set it back in place. If you still get F35 after re-applying power and restarting, replace the pressure switch.

Here diagrams for a couple of models using the same pressure switch:

F32 codewhirlpool duet ht frontload washer F 32 code Whirlpool ht frontload washer displays f 32 code

F32 is a pressure switch failure. It controls the water level in the washer. The switch is a round plastic part mounted on the right panel towards the back right corner. Remove the switch by disconnecting the wire harness and the rubber tube connected to it and gently rotate it 90 degrees CCW and you should be able to pull it out easily. Some suggest that blowing on the tube will clean out anything that could be clogging it as a quick fix. If you suspect the switch you test it by checking two things; Blow on the inlet that was connected to the rubber tube you should hear a couple of clicks. The second test is to check if the switch works electrically. If the switch is bad you will need to replace it.

Codes SUDS and F35 appear. unable to use washer.

This point to a pressure switch issue. If you remove the top panel, three screws in the back, you will have access to the pressure switch. With the tub empty, remove the vinyl hose from the switch and blow backwards through the hose to clear any restrictions. If the fault codes return after diong this, you will likely need to replace the pressure switch. Part number W10156252 (click image)

My HE3 washer is displaying F35 error

The F35 failure is displayed if the analog pressure switch has a calibration error.

There are two things you can check for this problem if you're comfortable with do-it-yourself.

Remove the washer top to access the pressure switch on the right hand side of the cabinet near the top. See the image below. You'll want to check if the pressure hose is fixed correctly and not loose. Check if the Air trap is not blocked. You can do this by removing the hose and blowing in it towards the tub. It should blow freely and you might even hear bubles. If you can't blow or it's hard to blow then most likely the hose is kinked or blocked.

If the hose is not blocked or kinked then the pressure switch W10156252 is most likely the problem and will need to be replaced.

F35 pressure switch error. Can I temporarily jump out or bypass this switch so I can do laundry today(Sunday) before I buy the part on Monday?

The f35 error code is a pressure sensor failure. Make use you are only using he detergent. Check the drum the water should be drained out. Usually the complaint is when the washer is started it will lock the door and the drain pump will run. The display will display sud when it is running. Eventually it will display f 35 error code. To check the pressure sensor you will have to remove the top. The top is secured by three screws long the top of the back. With the screws removed slide the top back and lift it off. The pressure sensor is located on the top right side towards the back of the unit with a black hose attached. Remove the hose and blow into it to make sure it is clear. Check to make sure the electrical connections are fully seated. Now with the pressure hose disconnected start a cycle. If the washer works cancel the cycle. Reinstall the pressure hose and the top should work fine. If you still get the f 35 error code you will need to replace the pressure sensor. The part number for the pressure sensor is W10156252

What is code F35 on a whirlpool washer model wfw9600twoo

It's a general code for some electrical system problem. Ours flashes "SUD" before while the machine is on before flashing "F35" when it stops. I've tracked this done to being a problem with the pressure sensor switch in ours, and it appears to be either from obstruction from too many suds (like using the wrong detergent), or an actual sensor problem. I followed online advice to pull the tube and blow back to clear any suds out, and that cleared it for one cycle, but then the problem came back, so I'm either going to try some other things to clear before calling for a service person to replace the sensor. The part is W10156252 Switch, Analog Pressure Sensor, number 20 of the washer parts diagram.

Pressure sensor manifold

There is a thin tube running from the sensor switch down to the pump area, this is the pressure tube. Pull this out carefully after un-clipping from the top, blow thru this, the air shd go thru, or it is blocked. Check for breaks in tube. This tube checks your water level in machine. Refit tube carefully when block if any is cleared.

If you have a similar tube you can fit it above to the sensor switch and blow thru it, you should hear a click when u blow, if you do, your pressure switch is working fine.

Pl rate if helped.................
