I'm wiring up a rotary isolator via 6mm amoured SWA cable, I'm not sure if it is a 1 phase or a three phase, Heres what i do know; There's a t1, t2, t3, l1, l2, l3 and two ports with no lettering just a simple drawing of a switch. There is also one earth bar and a neutral bar... I'm needing help on how to wire this up as i haven't wired up a rotary isolator before, Oh this is to wire up a Hot-tub

SOURCE: coleman evcon moblehome ac question

I would replace them to the exact terminals that they used to be on. Technically speaking L1 and L2 stand for Line one and Line two. This would be the incoming power from the breaker or disconnect switch. T1 and T2 are the power leaving the contactor relay.

SOURCE: need help wiring new pressure switch for craftsman air compressor

Assuming that you are wiring for 115v. Lets start with the ground. The cord that attaches to the wall outlet will have three wires, green, black , and white. Insert the cord thru one of the openings of the pressure switch and attach the green wire to the ground screw. Next look very closely at the contacts and notice that they are arrainged in pairs. There is a small brass bar with two contacts that completes the circuit for each line. Start with L1 and attach white wire from cord, then attach white wire from motor to the screw terminal that small brass bar bridges to (should be T1). Next attach black wire from cord to L2 and black wire from motor to remining screw. Remember that the small brass bar with two contacts is the bridge and simply connects white to white and black to black. Enjoy

SOURCE: Jaccuzi hot tub will not heat?

sounds like it maybe the heater again. Have you pulled it out and checked the ohms? it should be at least 10.5 ohms
it could be the thermostat or the pressure switch - if either of those are not working it will not heat either.

SOURCE: Water not heating

It sounds like your inline heater has stopped working. The only way to test it is to drain the water back out, remove the inline heater, and hook power to it to see if it heats up.

If it doesn't you can get one at a discount supply house (like Home Depot or Lowes) for less than $150.

I need ang diagram for hobart mixer 9 out wire T1/T2/T3 AND T4/T5/T6, T7/T8/T9 which is the right partner of t1/t2/t3???

Having 9 wires means it is a 3 phase motor.
For 220 to 240 Volts - L1, T1 and T7 go together. L2, T2 and T8 go together. L3, T3 and T9 go together. T4, T5 and T6 go together.

For 440 to 480 Volts - L1 and T1 go together. L2 and T2 go together. L3 and T3 go together. T4 and T7 go together. T5 and T8 go together. T6 and T9 go together.

How do i rewire a broomwade 3 phase compressor 1970

Rewire for ?? High voltage motor wiring is L1-T1, L2-T2, L3-T3, T4-T7, T5-T8, T6-T9. Low voltage is L1-T1-T4, L2-T2-T5, L3-T3-T6. The motor protection overloads will need to be sized accordingly, to the motor's FLA ( full load amps) for the voltage used. The control needs to be looked at also, if there is a control transformer, the transformer needs to be wired or repaced for the new supply power voltage used.

I have a single phase copland compressor NEW ( AG133ET-001)that i just replaced. i wired common leg from contactorsT3 to compressors T3(common winding,From contactors T1 to compressors T2(Run winding?)...

you will have to look at the schematic for this theirs different units that wire different way but that sounds correct the way you have it you can double check reverse the start and run always write this down when doing these the supply house can help you to be sure just ask them say hay the diagram has worn away what is t1,t2,and t3 double check your cap it could call for a different size all compressors that ive seen does take a start capacitor some even require start assist kits unless they are three phase what is this compressor going on email me I will help you more and even call my supply house if need be pendletonheatandair@hotmail.com

Need to rewire from 480 to 240 need coolant pump diagram for colchester # 348337 3 phase motor

Assuming that the motor has 9 leads and the wire numbers are still on the wires, for 240 volt 3 phase connections:

Connect T1, T6, and T7 together with L1 (A phase)

Connect T2, T4, and T8 together with L2 (B phase)

Connect T3, T5, and T9 together with L3 (C phase)

If you're not sure which of the incoming wires from the supply are L1, L2, and L3, just pick one. If the rotation is wrong just swap any 2 (TWO) phase wires.

Compressor won't switch on, have tried reset switch and circuit breaker, but though the wall unit comes on the compressor wont..anything I can do? This has three phase power Mitsubishi..Mr Slim

If you have any experience in working with electrical systems, you can, but if not you should call a service technician.
First being very careful, check to make sure contactor is engaging.
Then check to see if you have the same voltage across all three wires on the compressor side of the contactor, assuming this is 230 volts, check T1 to T2 should have 230 volts, then check T2 to T3 should have 230 volts then check T1 to T3 should have 230 volts. If you have 230 volts to all 3 wires then the compressor is bad probably an open winding and needs replaced. Before replacing the compressor you need to check the resistance (with an ohmmeter) between all 3 terminals at the compressor. In order to do this you need to disconnect all power to the unit and ohm the compressor terminals from T1 to T2, T2 to T3 and T1 to T3 they should all have the same resistance if they do then the windings are good and the compressor is locked up, if one of the the windings is different then the windings are bad, either way the compressor needs replaced.
