the problem of your phone is ribbon or they called flex cable you need to replaced it but its hard to replaced the ribbon you need the real technician to replced your ribbon....
i have the same problem when i slide the phone to use the key pad the screen goes blank and then it turns off.
Cellphone goes blank when the slide is used. It either takes very long to come right or it stays blank... Even when it comes right after i slide it closed, it blanks out again...
