I had this same problem and called Jura Capresso. They had me straighten out a paper clip and stick it up each spout as far as I could and jiggle it around (after bringing the panel with the spouts down as far as possible) Then they said to **** the panel containing the spouts up and down several times and then press the rinse button. Repeat this process several times. That did the trick for me. They said sometimes the spouts get clogged and just need to be cleared.

Hi
In the menu there is a program below the descaling program that says Reset descale. Enter this program and choose "yes", and make sure that you push the enter button to lock your answer. If you don't it will still be there.
Also go to your water hardness and move it to the #4. This will prevent you from having to replace the boiler sooner than needed. Descale when told to by the machine.

My Cuisinart Grind and Brew does not brew. Cannot clean or descale since the water or solution does not pass thru.

Check Water Reservoir: Ensure that the water reservoir is properly seated in place and filled with water to the appropriate level. Sometimes, the machine won't brew if it detects an inadequate water level. Check Water Inlet and Outlet: Inspect the water inlet and outlet for any clogs or blockages. Sometimes, debris or mineral buildup can prevent water from flowing through the machine. Clean any visible obstructions carefully. Descale the Machine: If the issue is due to mineral buildup, descaling the coffee maker might help. Use a commercial descaling solution or a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar. Run this solution through the machine as you would during a regular brewing cycle. Afterward, run a few cycles with plain water to rinse out any residue. Inspect Grinder and Filter Basket: Check the grinder and filter basket for any coffee grounds or other debris that might be obstructing the flow of water. Ensure that the grinder and filter basket are correctly positioned and securely locked in place. Clean the Brew Head: The brew head may also become clogged with coffee grounds or oils, affecting water flow. If your machine has a removable brew head, take it out and clean it thoroughly. If it's not removable, follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning the brew head. Run a Cleaning Cycle: Some coffee makers have a cleaning cycle that helps remove buildup inside the machine. Refer to your user manual for instructions on how to activate the cleaning cycle. Reset the Machine: In some cases, a simple reset can resolve minor issues. Turn off the coffee maker, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and try brewing again.
Check the tubes: Make sure the tubes are sitting in the right place and filled to the correct level. Sometimes the machine will not make alcohol if it senses that there is not enough water.

Hi. My new tchibo coffee maker won't brew the large sized coffee, instead only giving me about a tablespoon in my cup. The other sizes work fine. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that your Tchibo coffee maker is not brewing the large size coffee properly. Here are a few suggestions that might help:
  1. Check the water level in the water tank. If the water level is too low, the machine may not be able to brew the large size coffee.
  2. Make sure that the coffee filter is properly inserted into the filter holder. If the filter is not inserted properly, the machine may not be able to brew the large size coffee.
  3. Clean the coffee maker. The coffee maker may be clogged, which can prevent it from brewing the large size coffee properly. You can clean the coffee maker with a mild detergent and water.
  4. Descale the coffee maker. If the coffee maker is not descaled regularly, it can build up calcium deposits, which can prevent it from brewing the large size coffee properly. You can descale the coffee maker with a descaling solution.
If you have checked all of these things and the large size coffee is still not brewing properly, then you may need to contact Tchibo customer support for further assistance.
Here are some additional tips that might help:
  • Use fresh, cold water. Stale or warm water can affect the taste of the coffee.
  • Use a good quality coffee. Cheap coffee beans can make the coffee taste bitter.
  • Grind the coffee beans to a medium-coarse grind. A too fine grind can make the coffee taste bitter, while a too coarse grind can make the coffee taste weak.
  • Clean the coffee maker regularly. A dirty coffee maker can make the coffee taste bitter.
I hope these suggestions help!

Saeco Odea. Go get ready to make coffee but when I press button to make coffee, ground grains and filter lights flashes alternatively?

Hello! When the ground grains and filter lights on your Saeco Odea coffee machine are flashing alternatively, it usually indicates an issue with the brewing unit or the coffee grounds. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
  1. Check the coffee grounds: Open the machine's front door and remove the brew group. Check the coffee grounds container to ensure it is not full or clogged. Clean out any excess coffee grounds and ensure that the container is properly inserted.
  2. Clean the brew group: Thoroughly clean the brew group and its components according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pay special attention to the coffee chute, coffee funnel, and the area where the brew group attaches to the machine. Ensure there are no coffee grounds or debris obstructing the mechanisms.
  3. Check the water reservoir: Ensure that the water reservoir is filled with enough water and properly inserted into the machine. Sometimes a low water level can trigger error signals.
  4. Restart the machine: After cleaning and checking all the necessary components, close the front door securely and turn the machine off and then on again. This may reset the error condition.
  5. Descale the machine: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to descale the machine. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for descaling your specific model of Saeco Odea.
If the problem persists after performing these steps, it may be necessary to contact Saeco customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance. They will be able to provide more specific guidance based on the model and the nature of the issue you're experiencing.

My Saeco Odea Go makes coffee very slowly

If the water pressure coming out of the steam/hot water arm is fine, then the issue is likely with the brew unit or the grinder. Here are a few things you can check:
  1. Clean the brew unit: A dirty or clogged brew unit can slow down the flow of water. Remove the brew unit and clean it thoroughly, making sure to remove any coffee residue or buildup.
  2. Check the grinder: A dull or clogged grinder can also slow down the flow of water. Make sure the grinder is set to the appropriate setting for your coffee beans and check that the grinder is not clogged.
  3. Check the water flow meter: The water flow meter measures the amount of water flowing through the machine. If it is clogged or damaged, it can affect the flow of water. Try cleaning the water flow meter with a soft-bristled brush and see if that helps.
  4. Check the water filter: If your machine has a water filter, it may be clogged and affecting the flow of water. Replace the filter if necessary.
If none of these solutions help, it may be a more serious issue and you may need to bring your machine to a professional for repair.

Why is my delonghi ec702 brewing slowly even after regular descaling? The water barely drips out even with no coffee in the filter.

I had same problem, now gone. Check your water Intake filter in the water reservoir. If it looks discolored, it may be clogged. I used a brush and plain water to clean it off, and now machine works like brand new!

How do I run the clean cycle?

I assume you mean descaling the coffee maker when the Clean indicator flashes after a brewing cycle. You can use a packaged descaling product or white vinegar. For the packaged descaling agent, follow the package directions for the ratio of product and water. If you are using vinegar, fill the carafe with a 50:50 mixture of water and vinegar.

Remove the water filter and remove any coffee and coffee filter from the brew basket. Make sure the unit is plugged in and turned on. Pour the descaling mix from the carafe into the water tank and then place the carafe in the coffee maker. You have 10 seconds to program the cleaning mode or the unit will return to the standby mode. The next step depends on the type of carafe. For a machine with the glass carafe, press Mode 6 times. Otherwise for a unit with the thermal carafe, press Mode 5 times. The Clean indicator will blink. Press Program/Set followed by the + or - button to select Clean On. Press and hold Program/Set until you hear the beep. Press Brew and wait for the cycle to complete (the Clean indicator will go off). Then do two brewing cycles with water but no coffee or coffee filter. Discard the fluid from the coffee maker from all three cycles. Wash the brew basket and then reinstall the water filter.

If you notice an odd taste to the coffee when you next brew some, do at least one more rinse with water (remove the water filter and coffee grounds/filter).

no coffee or coffee filters.
