Follow your manufacturer isntructions to removing jams and to the locations of possible jams. Other than that, just look for any evidence of jams. Open doors, remove trays, remove cartridges all in an effort to see if there are any pieces of paper inside. Using a small flashlight will help detect small traceds of paper
