I have seen this fault code on 3 occasions. It is caused by someone has been opened or forced open during cycle, You will need to reset the drawer by turning off/unplug unit wait 20 sec, than plug back in. If the code doesn't go away there are to possible issues. First one, drawer micro switch has failed, second one, exhaust valve has failed and would need to be replaced.
I have done both in the last year and I can say its not a simple part change depending on how the unit was installed. If you have never worked on this drawer I would suggest seeking a professional to correct the problem. Here is a number for the factory who can direct you to a trained person 1 (888) 936-7872. This is a 24/7 phone line and will direct you to everything you need to correct the problem.

Most C0900 range codes and specifically the 990 code refers to paper tray lifting. Pull out the paper drawers and check all the paper. Reload all the trays carefully. Then open/close the front door or turn off/on the machine to reset. If the code goes away great. If not then open all of the paper drawers, reset the code with the drawers OPEN. Then close each drawer 1 at a time waiting 30 seconds between each drawer closing. Once you close a drawer the code will come up within about 10 seconds. This will tell you which drawer is causing the issue. You can leave it out a bit so you can use the machine until you either find the issue with the tray or get a service guy out to fix it.
I am slightly unsure if your double drawer dishwasher is the prefinished model (self standing with LCD display) or the integrated model with no LCD display.
The spanner symbol on the top drawer is telling you that a fault code is actuated. But I am not sure where this symbol is on your unit if it is built -in (integrated model).
You will have to check which red light (from the left) is coming on.
I assume there are 5 lights on the inside of drawer.
With the bottom drawer - again you will have to check which light from the left comes on sometimes as you mentioned.
If you have a user manual you should be able to tell what Fault code it is - something like F1 or F2 etc. Is it continuously beeping when the red light is on? How do you turn the beeps off?
The scrubbing bush symbol on bottom drawer may not be a problem. It appears the drawer is programmed to a particular option. But I am not sure where this symbol is showing if you do not have an LCD display panel. You can reset the option - possibly auto lock or auto power or dish cleaned (depending on your model) if you follow the user manual.
happy to take you through a possible cause of the problem if you post answers to my questions above.
The last two faults are logged into EE memory.
The other U (user) faults have been removed. The old U2 fault, which was the tub forced open during a cycle, has
been removed completely. Instead if the tub is forced open the product simply pauses as if someone had pressed
the start/pause button. The old U3 fault, which indicated a failure to drain i.e. water left in the tub, will not show up a
fault and the DishDrawer will continue through the cycle
