How do I get the VTech Learning Lodge Navigator back on my computer without the disc?

You might go to the following (VTech) link, select your specific product from the alphabetical tab for the downloadable manual (also here) and look for 'factory reset' in same manual. Hope this helps!

try another USB cable/usb port. if that doesn't work: For windows--check under device manager>>disk drives>>look for vtech nand1>>right click--uninstall>>unplug the toy>>plug it back in>>turn it on>>try to access Learning Lodge again. For Mac>>open Disk Utility while toy isnot connected to toy.>>plug toy to computer>>turn it on>>look for anything that says vtech.if you do go to Learning Lodge--send error report--call vtech

1. take out the batteries then hold the "on" button for 45 sec replace batteries
2. go to your vtech mobigo acct edit your childs name to "family" or something
3. now add the child you wanted to "reset" now switch mobigo from "family" to new child
4. plug mobigo into pc and the progress log should be reset
thats what worked for me hope this helps

Replacing the batteries in the vtech ride and learn giraffe bike lost manual

It uses three AA batteries. The battery compartment is on the left side of the head.

You can download the manual from the manufacturer's web site at

How to take apart the toy after it has been put together

The instructions say it can't be disassembled but it can! First you need to find a small hole on the neck just below the head. I used a paper clip to push a button inside the hole while my husband pulled up on the head and it popped off. Then unscrew the screw on the neck. Then take the paper clip and push on the button inside the little hole by the emblem below the neck while someone pulls on the neck. It will pop off. Next my husband took two keys to push on the buttons on the feet while I pulled the feet off. We had to do one side at a time. Then just take the seat off like you are adjusting it and that is all. We couldn't find a way to take the peddles off but it was broken down enough for us to pack:)
