I have lost my manual and need to reset the setup and programming. I have a Toshiba TV. Where can I find a manual to down load

I don't have this particular model TV but perhaps I can offer some suggestions.
Obviously start by getting the manual out or downloading from the net as .PDF file.
Contact the people you bought it from by phone or take the unit back to the shop & get them to show you it running.
This is a Cloud based TV and therefor uses a connection to the internet for various parameters. Perhaps it can't connect to your WiFi or it needs an Ethernet cable to your Router.
Toshiba have an App available for this TV. Get the App on your Smartphone or iPad and see what assistance it can offer.
Most modern computer based devices these days have a reset button to restart a frozen locked up device. This can be a pin hole on the back to reset with a paper clip. (Don't poke in a paperclip unless you are sure it's for RESET or it may reset your heart) Resets can also be done by holding down one key or a combination of keys... or hold down a certain key while powering up the TV.
Should be in the Manual!

Setup codes to check with Toshiba brand TVs are 0529,0917,0472,0118. If you wish to get more setup codes, three digits, four digits or five digit ones, check this link. Pull up older posts there. Setup code list and setup instructions to some popular model remote controls are given. Select the 'Timeslide' option from the drop-down list by the 'Sidebar' at the display window. It will make search easy.

Direct Code Entry

1. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
2. Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
3. Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
4. With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try one of the other codes for your brand.

You can buy a universal remote, any best buy will carry one, I have even found cheap ones at dollar tree or dollarama. They come with a manual with the codes for the make of your TV just follow the coding instructions until you find the one that will operate your TV.

To get your TV setup so that you can view your DirecTV on it, I recommend you program your DirecTV remote to control your TV and then use the DirecTV remote to change the input of your TV to view the DirecTV programming.

You can choose between searching for the control code and
