Question about Cell Phones
Yes there is a solution. What you can do is that you unlock your phone. This can be done via your operator or if you buy an unlock code which you then can use to unlock your phone.
Here is a website which sells unlock codes for all sorts of phones and I checked to see that your phone was listed. http://www.unlock-zone.com/unlock-your-phone/rs5wp2/
After you've done that, you can call your operator to tell them the code and say you want it unlocked.
At least that is how I did it here in Sweden, I don't know if it is any different where you live.
Good luck, and please if you find this comment useful please rate it / give it thumbs up :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
