If you go into your control panel and click on system, you will be able to see how much memory you have. is a free program that you run and it will also tell you and then let you know how much memory you can upgrade too.

My ZTE z970 is slow and lags what can I do

Unfortunately. When cells and tabs get slugish. There is usually only two fixes.
1. The memory is getting full. - androids depend on write speed to memory, when they get full it slows down as does the device. Remove pics ,videos , and large apps and files.

Or if this is not the case

2. When a device is running slow without reason. It's time to perform a factory reset.

There is no memory space in internal memory

Can your camera use a memory card? If so, why would you want to use internal memory? It's small, slow, and full of potential problems.

That is the total memory if you Buy a Memory Card, and put it in your phone! Plus, you don't really need 210 messages stored on your phone do you? That "slows it down" as far as sending and recieving any message. Just delete them at the end of every day. (That's what I do.)

Hey Simon,

Can you see if you have a large amount of texts in your "sent" folder? Even your "outbox" could take memory space.

As the memory get's full, the phone will seem to slow down. Once you clear your sent and outbox messages, you should be okay.

Also, that one text message that you saved, did it have a song or picture attached? It could be sucking up all the memory, even though it's just one text.

Hope this helps,
