Question about Activision Enemy Territory: Quake Wars Collector's Edition PC
I installed the sims 2 on my PC plus some expansion packs and after I am playing for a while the game freezes up and then crashes and my computer reboots I can not get pass a certain period in the game I keep playing the same day over and over again I have ubinstall and reinstall check my direct x and updated my graphic card drivers and it still happens I even downloaded patch for the simes 2 nightlife and it still freezes and crashes anyone has asolution for this problem.
Im not positive but it may work. Go to "Start", "Control Panel", "Hardware and Sound", then "Power Options". Once you have found "Power Options" your going to want to set your computer to "High Perfomance" mode. You computer will now run your hardware at level its supposed to be ran at. But, power usage will go up though. So as long as your not leaving your computer on for long extended periods of time, its ok. But if you are, I recommend turning it back to "Balanced" mode. Hope this helps. Get back to me if you need anything else.
