Question about Computers & Internet

Hi, When I try to uninstall itunes I am getting the error number 2330. I found on one of your forums to go to my computer, cdrive, program files and delete itunes. I have just tried that and I am now getting error message ''0x8007045D, this request could not be performed because of an I/O device'' Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Nothing comes on the screen, it does not conect to the computer, it seems dead

I found this solution to work. Try this first:
a) Get Windows to restart the drivers:
- disconnect your USB device and close ITunes
- connect your USB device
- if ITunes loads, close it.

b) File explorer:
Open File explorer and browse to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
In that folder there should be a set of files named "usbaapl64...."
right click on the one ending in "INF"
Select Install. It's very quick.
remove the USB device

c) Restart the computer.
When you login again, load ITunes before you attach your USB device.
d) If still not works, try re-install iTunes. Go into the Unstall Programs (in Control Panel) and uninstall everything that says Apple, and uninstall Bonjour. With the fresh install of iTunes, everything came back and is should work. Hope it helps.

f) If you just want to add some photos, songs and movies from computer to your devices, you can use an iTunes alternative to do the job

How do i install itunes error 2330 keeps occuring

There might be something wrong with your system registry or may be the system drivers were not updated or because of computer virus, you were facing iTune error 2330 while installing iTunes. I would recommend you to use a registry cleaner software and check also for the drivers update in your system. Apart from that you can get more helps on iTunes error 2330 from here : iTunes error 2330

Itunes cannot open . error code is -50. even after reinstalling everything new.

Do you have Norton Security? It could be blocking it.
Uninstall Norton and try AVG antivirus. Norton is a horrible program, I've had bad experiences.
Or disable any antivirus or firewall you have and try running iTunes.
Or try this.
1. Go to Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs --> iTunes --> Remove
...uninstall the program completely and restart your computer
2. Go to Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs --> QuickTime --> Remove
...uninstall the program completely and restart your computer
3. Go to My Computer --> Local Disc --> Program Files. Once in Program Files you will see the iTunes and QuickTime folder and you will want to delete the iTunes folder and the QuickTime folder. Right click on the iTunes folder and select delete and confirm the deletion. Do the same for QuickTime.
4. Restart your computer
5. Disable all features of any anti-virus program such as Norton or McAfee
6. Open Internet Explorer or which ever internet program you use and go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and download the iTunes+QuickTime program. *Do not do any modifications in the download of the program.* Just download the program by doing the usual "Next" clicking.
7. Once iTunes is finished downloading, double click on the Shortcut Icon on the desktop. iTunes should open with a large square box and you have to click "Agree."
Should be good to go.

Apple Application Support was not found. Apple Application Support is required to run iTunes. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again. Error...

How did you uninstall itunes? If you run into an error, or your computer while your itunes was installing, it could leave things behind messing up all the other installations as well. What you need to do is first of all make sure you don't have any instances of itunes open, or trying to be opened. Then you can go ahead and run the uninstaller on itunes.

Then you will need to go into explorer (windows+e, or right click on your My Computer icon and press "explore" from the menu), navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the itunes folder completely. If you get an error saying something to the effect of "This file/folder is being used by another program, please stop that program and try again." go ahead and restart your computer, and try to delete the folder again when your computer comes back up.

Then try and reinstall it, making sure that you are downloading the correct version of itunes for your operating system.

Unable to install driver. Erro code 2330

The 2330 error is often due to something corrupt in your files, try running a disl check fo fix errors.

Open My computer and right click on the c: drive, then select Properties>>Tools>>Error checking.

The check starts when you next reboot and takes a while.
If the install doesn't go through after the errors are fixed, try this:

== uninstall with cleanup ==

Download and install Microsoft Installer cleanup utility, there are instructions on the page as well as the download. Note that what you download is the installer not the program – you have to run it to install the program

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/

If you hit a problem with one of the uninstalls don't worry, carry on with the deleting of files and folders as directed in the method.

Restart your PC.

Run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. (Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up)

Remove any references you find to the programs you removed - strictly speaking you only need to worry about those programs where the uninstall failed.

Delete the Temp And Prefetch Files.

restart your PC.

Follow this link and then install the Driver software and if there is any firmware available do install it....

Plz Check The Right Operating System As Well

IPOD VIDEO 30GB WITH ERROR MESSAGE

I found this on the ipod forum on Apples website. See their site for any further assistance.

Sometimes you can resolve it by doing the following:
- Download the .exe file from Apple.com/iTunes
- Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
- iTunes > Remove
- Open C:\Program Files (default location)
- Find "iTunes" (default folder name)
- Shift + Delete > OK
- Run a registry cleaner, such as PC Tools Desktop Maestro, to remove all old shortcuts and registry keys no longer valid on your computer.
- Start > Shut Down > Restart your computer
- Run the iTunes install program

This should fix the problem, however may require also to update your Windows software (update.Microsoft.com) and download the latest Visual Basic Runtime executable. One time during my clean reinstall the iTunes software mentioned an error with a vb run executable and couldn't continue the install until I found it online.

Error message 2330 when attempting to install/uninstall iTunes

You have most likely hdd errors and the programme to be uninstalled is fragmented or damaged.
Try running chkdsk/f as you are on the old system.
