Take either a safety pin or something similar and punch the small cylinder shaped pins out of the links. Or take it to walmart and they will do it for free.

Rado Sintra Multifunction locks up and gives this screen. I had the battery replaced a year ago but i am ******* jewelry so i probably bump it alot.

Send it to the Rado service center, don't take it to Walmart. It probably just needs a simple reset and to adjust time and date again or might need a new movement.

Rado dia star jubile womens watch stops working when i take it off......put it on and it starts again

I am not familiar with this watch but if it is a mechanical escapement (which ticks), then it could be that the balance wheel has become dislodge.

Has the watch been dropped lately? If it has, then a trip to a watch repairer is needed.

Shorten wrist band on a RADO CERAMICA JUBILE mens watch

mcdevito75 here, Rado a great watch and with a $50.00 band, at least. BEST BET, look for a small watch repair shop in your area for this band adjustment. Links are held in by special pins and a link remover tool is need to remove these links.

I have a Rado DiaStar watch (with digital display), and the hands are out of synch with the digital display. Is there a way of adjusting the hands independently of the display? or must it be sent back to...

Hears how i do my watch, i have the same watch as you.Just make sure nothing is displayed on the clock face by turning the winder, ie NO digital time, NO daul time, NO alarm, NO stop watch etc, Pull out the winder(crown) and adjust the hands to the time you require by spinning the winder.(Gentley for mins and fast for hours) The digital clock will display wilst doing this, but not change the time.handy if you want to sync both clocks.Push the winder back in at the time to sync and the digital display will go out, then spin the winder again if you want to display the digital features. I hope this helps, please post if it does, Maurice Chevalier- Herts

Hi, I've bought a Rado ceramic Jubile, and have had as many links taken out but its still a little loose, any ideas?

I am pretty sure that you see 3-4 you can take out, but I think you can take the whole band apart if I remember correctly. After taking the links apart there is a metal tounge that the ceramic slides on to. The tounge is connected like a hinge, if you find something to tap out the pin holding the tounge on then the next piece of link slides out. Just keep doing this untill adjusted to your size. I would take out the harder ones and put in the ones that can easily be adjusted.Just be careful, that ceramic breaks easily!!!! Let me know how you do . Good Luck!!!
