Question about HP PhotoSmart C4480 All-in-One Printer InkJet
It seems that this is a hardware issue as there is no scanning in the middle of the document and as it fails to process or generate. Please try to uninstall and reinstall the driver software after removing the printer before we can proceed to estimate.-- Check for dirt or clogging within the scanning area.
I think the machine has run out of warranty but it will be good to call teh support site of HP and clarify and concur this fault before you can estimate and proceed.
