I'm finding it difficult to find any manuals for your model online...usually if there is no screw under the laptop it will be very small clips right at the top of the keyboard, usually under the F1, F5, F9 keys, if you can get a small enough flat head screwdriver just pop the wee clips back and the keyboard should come out.

I am using a Lenovo Ultrabook. Wehen I lock in it shows "Microsoft mouse and keyboard centre has stopped working" it says afterwards that Microsoft tries to repair but no result. The screen is blank

Hi there,
This looks like an issue with the drivers.
Uninstall and reinstall the keyboard/mouse driver.
Follow the steps to uninstall & reinstall the keyboard driver from device manager.
1. Press Windows key + R from the Keyboard, this will open RUN box now type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter, this will open device manager.
2. In Device Manager, double click on the Keyboard.
3. It will show you the device driver name, select that device and then right click on it.
4. Click on Uninstall button.
5. Restart the computer, the drivers will get automatically installed on your Windows 10/8/7.
6. Repeat the same for Mice and other pointing devices.
If the issue persists then update to the latest Keyboard drivers from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Open case screws

You should open your computer and reset the data cable which connects the motherboard and the screen. If it's not going to fix it, then you would need to get a technician to look at the motherboard and the LCD so that he can identify which part is causing the problem.
