Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Why has Facebook disappeared from my computer?

Check to see if your internet connection is actually working by visiting another site such as Google. If so, then be sure you are typing "http://www.facebook.com" in the browser's address bar. You maybe typing something else that no longer works or using the search box instead of the address bar and that might be returning a result that worked at some point but no longer returns the corect URL for FB.

Hello just recently re-format my computer here. when its done. i load the facebook in the web. but its not loading. other sites it perfectly working. only facebook is not. im using wi-fi router also. what...

This is a problem that i have often dealt with. The actual cause of the problem is internet explorer (even if its not the browser you use). 9 times out of 10 resetting internet explorer will make those sites that don't seem to want to load up work again.

First open Internet Explorer. Then open up your internet options. On the "advanced" tab you will see a button to reset internet explorer. Click that and let it reset then close internet explorer.

After that you should be able to see facebook.

I cannot open facebook in my computer

Connect to internet and open internet browser and type facebook.com and enter the credentials and you should be able to login. If the site is blocked then it seems that someone has installed parental control and its blocking access to it. Try some proxy sites to get facebook access. Thank You.

Facebook is the only site that won't open on my computer, A window pops saying the internet explorer cannot open up the facebook site.

Get another browser such as Firefox,Kmelon or Flock.Internet Explorer should really only be used to download one of the other browsers i listed then never be used after that.Firefox and Flock are much faster and more secure plus look better i think. If you install either of these be sure not to export settings from IE during the install.

One site does not work on my browser

Hello,

I am using firefox 3.0 and i have recently updated my flash player to its latest version and then i try to open the site you have problem and it works. I was able to open and explore the site www.emmtphones.com. My recommendation: Please update your browser and be sure to used the firefox 3.0, crome, opera and Internet Explorer 8.0 and don't forget to update your flash player in order to support any plug ins in that site. Also please visit www.google.com and search the browser i mention above and also try to check also your internet connection cause sometimes the bandwitdh is another factor also why sometimes other sites won't open in our browser.

thanks
