Question about Nokia C5 Cell Phone
Please do not waste any time but please have this checked for free at the nearest Nokia care. If you have downloaded any files to the memory card , the it must be SCANNED for virus as this might effect the software and cause issues. If so remove and format card, keep battery off for sometime and reset the phone to factory settings-- click with reset code: 12345.
But most of all if there is fault get your warranty privilege.
