You don't say what your res is set at now, but if its not at its lowest, go into the menu and look for the resloution change there, some say SD or HD rather than a number, but SD would be the lowest resolution

Tell me what is samsung syncmaster 794 default setting

The maximum resolution supported is 1280 x 1024 pixels at 65 Hz refresh rate, while the recommended resolution stands at 1024 x 768 pixels at 85 Hz. However, the maximum usable resolution is 1152 x 864 pixels at 75 Hz. Maximum usable resolution signifies the maximum resolution supported by a monitor at a refresh rate of 75 Hz or better. Though 85 Hz is an ideal refresh rate, 75 Hz is the lower limit. Any refresh rate, lower than 75 Hz, will give a flickered output and can cause some serious eye damage after prolonged usage...i hope this helps.

The screen display looks odd and undersized, and the icons are smaller than usual

Nvidia 9300GS is a well-performing graphics card. Such display resolution problems should not occur. To resolve issues of faulty display, download and install the latest driver of your Graphics Card. Go to Nvidia's official website and get your device's WHQL Version of driver, don't go for the Beta drivers.
Thank You.

When i full screen it wont be clear picture even couldn't recognized face........???

Sounds like your resolution is either set too low or your laptop does not support higher resolutions. Check in your display setting to see if the resolution can be lowered to 1024 or lower. Try that and get back to me.

My laptop screen is blurry?

Generally this issue occurs when the screen resolution is not set to the optical resolution that the screen is designed to run. 1200x800, 1366 x900, 1920 x 1200 etc. Many people try to run at a lower resolution to make items on the screen larger, this normally causes the display to be blurry as the pixel count is hard wired and this causes lower resolutions to blur

The screen doesn't show the whole image, it is to wide, to tall, so there is no upper and lower toolbar, same on sides. I tried with the screen control on lower front of the monitor, but it is not enough.

your screen resolution must be changed to a lower MHz...
go to Control Panel/Dislay/Display properties/Settings/Screen Resolution/
here try a lower/higher resolution
then else try Advanced option there and set a lower setting there under the General Tab and Monitor Tabs.....
some hit and trial may solve th sure NOT to chose the wrong setting as that may cause hard to your monitor

Pictures come out to big when I download them in to the computer, how can I lower the resolution on the camera?

You can lower the resolution in your camera's picture settings. You can reduce the size of the picture without lowering the resolution with most any photo editing software.

video card may not be capable of that resolution and color depth, check your video cards max resolution and color depth.
I have several lcd monitors that are 1280x 1024 and they do not need drivers to work. the video card must be capable of generating that resolution.

You need to enter a lower resolution. The monitor you are on is incapable of using a resolution that high. If you cannot get back on you need to start in safemode. Then change the resolution to a lower one that your monitor can handle.
