Your cell phone may be locked to a particular cell phoneprovider and in this case it needs to be unlocked to use with a different cellphone service provider. To get the security code/restriction code to unlock thecell phone from the current cell phone provider so you can use the SIM cardwith a different phone provider, Please click on this link and follow myinstructions :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r4049238-unlock_cell_phone If your phone provider does not help you then this WEB siteit provides security codes for a small price. http://www.mobileunlockstore.com/?gclid=CKDb2_y2558CFSlJagodxBkDHw Try this WEB sites - http://www.superunlockcodes.com/unlock-your-phone/rs12wp2/ http://www.unlock-free.com http://www.unlock-zone.com/ http://www.unlocking.com/

My phone says it has no service. How can I fix this?

Hi Cgsaiki,

Please check if you have a good cell coverage at the area from your provider. If the service was just working ok until now at the area.

Tried to remove the battery and un-seat and re-seat the sim card from the card bay on your cellphone. If its still not working, try to change the sim card itself with a confirm working one.

If the new card still work on your cell, you need to replace the sim. If the confirmed working sim card is also not working on your cell. you might want to have your cell check by the provider/manufacturer as as there is something wrong either with the contact of the card bay, the sim card reader itself, or the cellphone's transceivers is acting-up.

Hope this helps.

My cellphone can read my 3g sim card but I get no signal from SP.

Hello

I have to inform you that China sells alot of "unlocked" phones some of them are legit some are not. There are alot of conterfeit phones coming out of China you have to be careful. It's clear that the sim card is fine if you used it previously in another AT&T phone.

The problem is the phone itself, either A. it is not unlocked as it was advertised to be or B. the phone is bunk period....can you post the website you purchased this from ?

There is not much we can do from this site, AT&T was your best bet. Typically they will not deal with "unlocked" phones did you mention to them that you purchased it from China ?

Post back with the link to the site or any other questions you have for further assistance. Thank you for choosing Fixya!
