Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
You could cheat a bit and try the following for the information!
Spares Suppliers
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number.
Good luck,

LG front loader washing machine 6 years old - has been stored for 3 of those years and moved - now installed and levelled but still getting vibrations when spinning -

Have you removed the shipping bolts that hold the drum in place while it was moved. If not, remove them and the vibration will disappear. If you did not install the shipping bolts when you moved it, there is a reasonable chance you have damaged the machine and will need to have it repaired.

Hi guys! Please help me. I used the Brandt Malice top loader with a horizontal drum. I don't think the doors on the drum were clipped closed properly and now when I open the machine the drum is not facing...

Hello!

That's a nasty situatiuon... Most probably the door is opened and stuck in the heating element. The easyest way is to plug off, drain out the water, take off the right side panel, identify the heating element (it's hold in place with an 8mm screw and has a 3 thicker wire and a connector with 2 thin wires (from heat sensor) remove them, ) loosen the screw, but don't unscrew it completelly. Push the bolt in ant try to pull out the heating element. Once the heating element is out you can rotate manually the drum to the upward position (it won't be easy). It is very possible, that the driving belt to be worn out or to be broken too, ususally it does this when drum is blocked, so most probably you will need to order a new one.

Good luck!

P.S - if all abowe is too complicated, then better call a tehnician!

Shipping bolts were not left when machine set up. moving from virginia to Arizona. Where can I buy replacement shipping bolts

If you can remove the top cover, then all you need to do fit some polystyrene packing or the like inside the cabinet to stop the drum from moving about, and this should do the trick.

My brandt washing machine(model wtc0633) vibrate seriously

Hi Steven. You maching is a top load type and it sounds like the leveling legs under you machine are no longer adjust properly. This can occur from moving the unit or just over time from normal use. You can verify this by pressing down individually (one at a time) on the 4 corners of the top of you unit. If it rocks when you press down or push on the the corners then your leveling legs are out of adjustment. Adjust the legs under the unit until it no longer moves when you press on the corners and see if this solves your problem. If you need more help later then reply to this post.

I have a LG WM0532HW. What are the drum bolt sizes thr.& length

Hello Jeff,

Unfortunately, these are specially made bolts that have threads only on the first section of the bolt, so they can secure the wash drum and not interfere with anything else. You also need the special sleeves for the bolts. I would not try to use standard bolts from a hardware store, as they could damage the wash drum if you overtightened them or they were too long. LG, and most washer manufacturers, don't publish the size, thread count and length of their transport (shipping) bolts, hence the reason they advise to keep them for future use.

So if you're only moving the washer down a set of stairs, you should be fine if you take it easy and either hand carry it with two (2) people, or use an appliance truck to move it down the stairs.

If, however, you're looking to move the washer any distance via truck, etc., you'll want the shipping transport bolts and sleeves to keep the drum and suspension system from getting damaged.

You're best bet is to get in touch with LG customer support and obtain a set of the transport bolts. You can reach them by callling them from 8AM to 8 PM toll free at 1-877 714-7486 and follow the prompts to reach customer support.

Here's a link to the owner's manual for your washer, just in case you've misplaced yours.
