Provided that you have not changed the code from the default, try such sequences as "111111" or "000000"; other possibilities are "1234" or "12345". If none of these work, remove the battery and try a hard reset. The tech support for your cell provider can also assist you with model specific information.

You don't need to worry at all, as I'v got a 100% working solution, but the success depends upon the way you follow the procedure.
