On this family of calculators, you do as follows
Enter the first number (degrees), ex:15
Press [2nd][APPS] (ANGLE) to access the Angle functions
Select [1: degree symbol] [ENTER]
Main screen shows 15 deg
Enter the minutes, ex 25
Press [2nd] [APPS](ANGLE) to access Angle functions
Select [2:' apostrophe] [ENTER]
Screen echoes 15 deg 25'
Enter the seconds number, ex 32
Press [2nd][+] (") to access the double quotation mark
Screen echoes 15 deg 25' 32"
Calculator converts this in decimal degrees 15.42555556
To convert this back to DMS, press [ANGLE][|=>DMS][ENTER] and the calculator displays the original value 15 deg 25' 32"
