How can I stop the high beam lights from coming on without me turning them on?

Without knowing your make and model of vehicle, I will give you a basic answer. Most cars and trucks these days the high beams are activated via a switch on the steering column that you either push or pull. Most likely this switch is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. Usually called a multifunction switch. To do this yourself usually requires taking apart your steering wheel to some degree to remove and replace. Depending on your vehicle type and brand to have this fixed can be moderate to expensive to have done for you.

The buzzer wont stop when the cycle is done, it runs with the door open, and runs without pushing the start button.

"Tested start switch and it appears to be working normally". You need to be absolutely sure if the start switch is working and isn't sticking, which it sounds like. Isolate the start switch completely and then check it again with your DVOM. Make sure the switch moves easily without sticking.

How to release fuel pressure without gauge

Locate the inertial safety switch (usually in the trunk, check your Owner's Manual) and disconnect the electrical plug connector from it. Once you have disconnected the plug from the inertial safety switch, attempt to start the car. It may run momentarily, then will stall out and not restart. When this happens, pressure has been released from your fuel system.
After you are done with whatever you are doing and want to re-pressurize the system, replace the plug in the inertial safety switch, turn the key switch to ON (not START), count to five, then return the switch to OFF, count five, then do the same thing again two more times. After you have cycled the ignition switch three times, the car should start with no problem

Where is the turnsingle flasher located on 2004

Technically --you dont have a flasher.....The 4 way button on the dash is a combination turn/ hazard flasher control "MODULE"...

This is a common problem with these switches. I have replaced several of them over the last few months. The switch can be replaced without all of the disassembly that is recommended. I have done it. There is a screw holding the switch into the dash behind the bezels, but it is possible that it can be done without spending hours on it. The Grand Am/Prix cars were all the same, just a slightly different design.

Hope this helps.

Buzzer will not shut off when load is done

If your dryer also starts without pressing the start switch, then the push to start switch
contacts are stuck in the closed position. Sometimes you can press the button on-off-on-off
quickly to unjam the contacts, otherwise replace switch.

How to fit the power switch

you have to (obviously) open it up and solder in a new one. I've done it, but it's not trivial. I have lots of experience soldering and it went well, but I would not anticipate that someone without lots of time spent with a soldering iron will be able to do it without burning or lifting traces off the circuit board. The switch is available from many places. I bought mine here: http://www.powergamingparts.com/nintendo-ds-and-nds-lite-on--off-power-switch.html
