Question about Apple iPod touch
I can help..
So with the device plugged into your PC, iTunes open, if it shows up in iTunes eject it, or cancel the prompt to restore a device in recovery mode.
Hold down the Power button for 3 seconds
Without releasing the power button, also hold the Home button for 10 seconds
Without releasing the home button, release the power button and keep holding the Home button for 20 seconds.
iTunes will detect an iPod in recovery mode, let off button and set down device and hit RESTORE in iTunes.
Hope this helps!
