Re: White Kenmore 3.6 cu. ft. HE2 Plus Super Capacity...
Sorry for my delay, I hope you found out how to clear. If not, remove the three screws that hold the front kick plate on, then the pump will be right in front of you. Remove the filter (unscrew) and watch for water. You can remove everything from there.

This is a generic type answer, but, most of these washers have a pump to pump out the water. If some small thing like a hairpin gets in there it will collect lint and plug the outlet of the pump. Or the impeller to the pump may break. Access the pump, remove it, and look for the problem there. Make sure the belt drive to it is working or it will pump no water. I hope this helps. I assume you meant by "plugged drain", that no water is getting pumped out. I have seen this problem in Kenmore washers in the past.
F01 indicates a failed electronic control board. You may be able to clear this code by unplugging the washer for 5 minutes. If the code returns after plugging, then the electronic control board will need to be replaced.
Hum may have a bad water pressure switch? It detirmines when the wash cycle should start according to the water level. if bad it will not signal the appliance to start washing. Also may want to check ur door lock switch if its bad it wont go into wash either.
On newer, and sometimes a little newer, Whirlpool and Kenmore (Kenmore is made by Whirlpool) considers a few things in determing capacity. Most of the inner baskets are the same size, but they also add in agitator action into the mix. A Kenmore with an auger top agitator would have higher capacity than a Kenmore with just a normal agitator, even though it has the same sized drum. So a super capacity washer would have theoretically less CLEANING CAPACITY than a super capacity plus. The agitator action is actually what determines capacity on these models. So, with that in mind, cubic load should be about the same on both units. Sorry that I had to go into "Bill Nye The Washer Guy" mode, but thats about the only way to describe. Let me know if I can confuse you any more haha. Seriously though, if you need further help or info, write back, and will try to get you some other information. Remember, this theory only works on top load "normal people" washers, not the front loaders.
