Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry but I do not know your particular machine BUT I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not go to spin or release the door lock if there is water still left inside.
Here are my complete and general pre-typed (!) guidance notes for checking both the drain filter and the drain motor ;-0)
-------------------------------------

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!

Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

Why does it quit randomly during cycle?

If you cleared the drain pump trap of obstructions, and the pump still runs fine(without rattling from a loose or damaged impeller) then most likely you have fixed the problem. The washer will not spin if it can't drain--and if the water is draining too slowly, it will time out and give an error code for "slow drain". For any items such as bras, underwear, socks, baby socks, stockings, pantyhose, etc, use a netted clothing bag with a zipper to prevent those types of things from getting pulled in-between the basket and tub and then making it to the drain pump trap. These things are notorious for clogging pumps on front load and top load HE washers!!

this sounds like the motor controller cant start the motor. I would be looking at the motor controller itself.
when it's filling with water, does the bowl go around slowly?

My machine seems to be letting the water out when its filling and then tries to wash with no water in it?

10.5 Siphoning
Typically this occurs when the Standpipe height is too low. The minimum is 33.46in / 850mm from
the floor. This is 3.54 in / 90mm ABOVE the drain hose outlet on the machine. With a very low
standpipe and a very high water level, this could result in water pouring down the standpipe prior to
the machine completing fill and resulting in no water in the basket during agitate.
If the drain hose is pushed too far into the standpipe or drain, the machine will siphon during rinse,
which could result in a 'No Taps' user warning.
Siphoning can result from a restricted drain hose or partial pump block.

I have a model 11, but I believe they are the same. The end at he outlet of the pump actually has tabs on it. Just twist and pull. Make sure the tabs are ligned up with the slots before you pull too hard.

I am getting an "F21" error code. what is that..

Possible Causes/Procedure
1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
4. Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
5. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
6. If the above does not correct the problem, go to step 7.
7. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
8. Replace the pump.

Try the below procedure

1) Removing the front panel just under the washer door can be tricky, it is secured underneath by 3 1/4" hex screws, you may need a special hex driver or ratchet to remove (can get at home Depot for $4)
2) Make sure you check the tubing from the drum and out to the drain they can be clogged to
3) Twist open drain filter slowly, water will come out so put a heavy duty garbage bag underneath to catch water
4) When replacing filter make sure to line up notch at the top of filter with the groove inside and then slowly screw clockwise back in until tight
5)Make sure to replace front cover tightly, there is a drip fuse that won't let the washer run unless front cover is back on.

My washer is giving a F 02 code what is it mean, it spins slowly and stops

“F02” is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a “SUDS” error may also be generated as a secondary error. This is an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:

1. Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
2. Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running.
3. Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.

To check the drain pump, click on the following link for step-by-step instructions.

If the above procedures do not correct the problem, it is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the drain pump

Drain pump runs continuously. Nothing else happens!

Water had accumulated in the sump - a plastic tray at the bottom of the dishwasher which catches any leaked water. This operates a float switch which makes the drain pump run all the time. The fix was to tilt the dishwasher backwards to drain away the water. It isn't filling up again, so I'm not sure where the water came from, but I'll keep an eye on it!
