Question about Dell UltraSharp 1907FP 19" LCD Monitor
Hi was wondering if any one knows if this is a common fault? and if there is any way i can fix it at home. Any assistance will be grateful. Thanks in advance Alex
Read a really good description of a repair to a similar model Seems the inverter boards go bad on the Dell LCD monitors quite frequently. This guy did a real hack job, but as he says in his description - it lives!

Pry the frame from the front of panel and you should see the circuit board for the buttons. Unscrew that and you should be able to see the board itself and turn the monitor on from there. I placed a small plastic piece between the button and the board and it works. Hope this helps.
