The driver to make it work within most modern operating systems can be downloaded here:
http://homesupport.cisco.com/en-us/wireless/lbc/WUSB100
Go to this website, click on the Downloads link in the lower-right corner, then select your hardware revision (1 or 2 - seen on the sticker on the bottom of your USB device) then select which Operating System you have.
If you need the manual or other content from the you can probably find it on the same link as well, just under the other headers.
Hope this helps!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

If you have lost the restore disc you may need to buy the Restore disc from the Toshiba website. Please visit the following link, enter your laptops serial number and check if a restore disc can be purchased online. If not, you have to take it to the Toshiba service center to get the system restored to factory settings

If you don't have the USB receiver that plugs into the usb port on your computer than the mouse will not work. If you only need the set up disk you can go to the microsoft web site and download the necessary drivers.

A router won't actually need a disc. You should be able to access all your settings from entering http://192.168.2.1 into your browsers address bar.
